These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by JR Technology Services Inc. (“JR Technology Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from JR Technology Services, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Program description

JR Technology Services uses SMS and MMS messaging to communicate with current clients, prospective clients, authorized contacts, and other individuals who request or consent to receive messages from us.

Depending on your relationship with us and the services you request, messages may include:

• Support-ticket updates and service notifications

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates

• Onsite visit, installation, maintenance, and project updates

• Planned maintenance, service interruption, outage, and restoration notices

• Cybersecurity, account-security, and operational alerts

• Account, billing, invoice, or payment-related reminders

• Product, service, or business communications that you specifically request or separately agree to receive

JR Technology Services does not use this SMS program to send emergency-services notifications or messages requiring an immediate response. Do not rely on text messages for emergency communications.

Consent and enrollment

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in through an approved JR Technology Services form, website, service process, or other documented consent method, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from JR Technology Services at the mobile number provided.

You represent that you are the account holder for, or have authorization to use, the mobile number you provide. You must provide accurate and current contact information and notify us if your mobile number changes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from JR Technology Services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with JR Technology Services, active services, support activity, appointments, account status, projects, and communication preferences.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, including charges associated with your wireless plan, data usage, or roaming. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opting out

You may opt out of receiving SMS or MMS messages from JR Technology Services at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive text messages from that SMS program unless you later opt back in.

To resume messages after opting out, reply START, where available, or provide new documented consent through an approved opt-in method.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other necessary non-SMS communications, such as email, phone calls, postal mail, service portal notifications, invoices, or communications required to provide services you request.
